Learn to Play
Beginner (Age 8 – 12)
This entry-level program introduces girls to basketball in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment. It is perfect for girls with little or no basketball experience who are just starting their sports journey. The goal is to help participants develop confidence, learn fundamental skills, and build excitement and love for playing basketball.

Next Play Development
Ages: 9–13 | Recreational to Intermediate
Designed for girls who already understand the basics of basketball and are ready to take the next step, this program focuses on improving individual skills and overall game knowledge. Players will develop stronger fundamentals, learn game strategies, and gain a better understanding of teamwork and decision-making in real game situations. The program aims to prepare athletes for competitive basketball while maintaining a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment where girls can continue to grow in confidence, work ethic, and love for the game.

- 1 practice per week and 1 game day
Grade 4 – 8
Practices: Wednesday 5:00pm – 6:00pm at Willougby Area
Game: Saturday 3:30pm onwards
Next Play Club Team
Ages: U9–U15 | Competitive Level
Designed for committed players who are ready to train and compete at a higher level, this program focuses on developing confident and highly skilled athletes prepared for school teams and advanced competition. Players will participate in structured practices, advanced skill development, and team strategies while building discipline, leadership, and strong work habits. The club teams will compete against other club programs and participate in tournaments, providing valuable game experience and exposure to higher-level basketball.
